The Masters Information

The Masters Tournament (The Masters) is the first of the four major PGA championship tournaments during the year. The others are the US Open, the Open Championship (British Open) and the PGA Championship. It is played at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia; established by golfing great Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts in 1934. The famed golf course designer Alister MacKenzie designed the course layout for them. It took three years to build it.
